The Student Charter
The Student Charter describes the standards of service you can expect from the College. In return, you are required to keep to the College regulations and code of conduct and any learning agreement made with you.
Applying for a place
You are guaranteed:
- A response to any enquiry within five working days.
- Clear and correct information about all of our courses and services.
- Unbiased and confidential advice and guidance to help you choose the course that will meet your needs and ambitions.
- Clear information about courses and any specialist help you may need for a learning difficulty or disability.
- An acknowledgement of your application within seven working days of us receiving it.
- A written offer of a place within seven working days of your interview.
- A diagnostic assessment of your language and numeracy skills, if deemed appropriate.
- Access to learner support if you have a disability.
