No prior study of psychology is required for entry to this course. Applications from students with a wide variety of backgrounds are encouraged and supported. Students who successfully complete a level 3 course at Newham College and meet the entry requirements are guaranteed a place on this course.

What will you learn?
You will learn about business and organisations, applied psychology and coaching and take a specialism in one of:
• Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
• Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC)
• Integrative Coaching (IC)
You select your specialism in the 2nd part of level 4.

This course prepares you for careers in areas such as coaching, consultancy and training, HR and public relations, and leading and managing or any role in an organisation where people skills are highly regarded. Guaranteed place on the course for students who meet the entry requirements and successfully complete any of these courses offered by the College: Access to HE in Business, Counselling, Social Science; BTEC in Business; ‘A’ Level in Business, Citizenship, Economics, Law, Psychology, Sociology. Through the Women’s Business Centre the College also offers short coaching courses students can use as ‘tasters’. Note there is no requirement for prior study in business, coaching or psychology for entry to this course.
